As far as the load order goes, it’s best to use mod sorters like LOOT to do it automatically as they will also warn you of any compatibility patches you need to install. In case of texture mods, you can freely combine the ones you like as they just simply overwrite one another. Keep in mind that it’s best to use a combination of these mods since some could not be compatible with others. Most of the time, 4 times the resolution of the original ones, like if the original is a 1024x1024 texture I will do a 2048x2048 one. I try to stay close to the original look and color palette.
Since there’s plenty of mods here, our recommendation is to use any mod manager to keep the massive list well organized but keep in mind that some of the mods do need to be manually installed. Textures remade from scratch, mostly using the original normal maps.
